A simple walkthrough that covers almost everything
Two minutes with your phone. No staging, no cleaning first.
- All four sides of the outside, standing back far enough to see the whole wall.
- The roof if you can see it safely from the ground or a neighbouring slope.
- Under the home: skirting, piers, any sagging or exposed ductwork.
- Each bedroom, bathroom, the kitchen and the living area.
- The furnace or air handler and the water heater.
- Every problem area — soft floors, ceiling stains, holes, damaged walls.
- The data plate sticker inside a cabinet or closet door, if you can find it.
- The lot and the street, so we can see access for a transport truck.
Do not tidy up for us
We buy homes in as-is condition. Clutter, belongings left behind, and damage are normal to us and none of it reduces what we can do.
