We would rather tell you no quickly than string you along. Here is where we stand.
Homes we regularly buy
- Single-wides and double-wides in Missouri parks, including older homes.
- Homes on land you own, affixed or still titled as personal property.
- Homes needing major repairs — roof, floors, plumbing, HVAC.
- Homes with missing titles, stale liens or incomplete ownership chains.
- Inherited homes, including those still in probate.
- Vacant homes, homes full of belongings, and homes with tenants.
- Homes that must be relocated or removed.
Situations where we usually are not your best option
- A newer home in good condition on land you own — list it; you will likely net more.
- A home where you owe far more than it is worth and the lender will not negotiate.
- Homes outside Missouri. We only work in this state, on purpose.
What we never do
- Charge you anything, at any stage.
- Ask you to sign a blank or undated title.
- Take possession or start work before closing.
- Drop the price at the last minute over something your photos already showed us.
